This game is best played with two players, but more players works OK too. First, decide on the order of turns. The first player then attempts any kind of shot. If he or she misses, the second player becomes the "leader." If he or she makes the shot, the other players must make the exact same shot. If the following player misses, the first player gets the letter H and the next player is the new "leader." The game continues until one player has accumulated all the letters of HORSE. That player is the winner.
