Materials
• White glue
• Flat dish or pan
• Pipe cleaners
• Food colors
• Piece of plastic foam
Directions
Protect the work surface with newspaper. Dilute the white glue with water (half and half), add some food color and pour into flat dish or pan. Take the pipe cleaners and shape the ends into circles, oblongs, or whatever shape desired. The shapes must be closed. Dip the shapes into the glue and hold over the pan until the glue stops dripping. Stick the pipe cleaner into the foam to dry. Use smaller pans with several colors for more variety. Colored "glass" shapes can be used for decorations or can be strung together and hung in front of a window.
