For my uncreative times, I love places like Super Suppers and
Dream Dinners. You go in and make up two weeks' to a month's worth of dinners (they do all the cutting and cleanup), then you take them home and toss them in the freezer (and thaw as needed). They're great 'cause it's little to no prep, they cook fast, the food is delicious and the cost is about the same as doing all the work yourself and destroying your own kitchen."
