One easy way to strike a peace agreement is to spell out the rules in black and white and then post them near the game console for all to see. Identify your top 5 to 10 gaming issues and then brainstorm solutions for solving them. Get kids involved in the discussion so they feel a sense of ownership, but as the parent, don’t be afraid to be the final vote.
