Flower Power

Barb of Dallas, Texas turned her daughter into an adorable flower—a no-sew tutu-style flower, that is —using felt, fabric, and tutu material over a leotard. “I took an old bib and glued on large leaves that I cut out of various green felts. Then I used a few different colors of tulle for the petal skirt,” she explains. “The ribbon is tied around the waist. Then I twirled up little pieces of organza and stuck one among the leaf bib and glued one to a hair clip (to look like little buds).”
