Work out with your baby
Both my children were born in January, and I would bundle them up and walk with my running stroller. Also, I would go swimming and put the baby in his car seat at the edge of the lap lane. Sounds funny, but it worked and I was able to get a workout in. --othermother
Watch Video: Back In ShapeOnce you feel up to it, go for walks. I have been taking my nine-month-old son for power walks in the stroller since he was an infant. Go first thing in the morning if you can. If you delay, you will find excuses not to go, and the walk is a great way to start your day. You can also invest in a baby backpack. I pop him in and off we go for a walk. If you start this when they are young, you can slowly build up your fitness as they increase in weight. I also find that water aerobics is great for weight loss and toning. --Liset Hagreis
