Thank-you Mom!
I'm sorry we had to leave you, it wasn't my idea. I didn't have a choice. It hurt me just as bad as it did you. You couldn't be there in person every time i needed you, but you were always on the phone. Now, anytime i need you, you are here. I'm so glad you finally moved to Illinois. Thank-you Mom. You're the greatest. =]

My mom is the best
A few months ago my mom who lives in another state came to visit for 2 weeks. A week later my husband was offered an incredible job and would be out of state for a month. I asked my mom to come back and drop everything to spend a month with me to help care for my seven year old and she did without hesitation. She spoiled us by cooking and cleaning everyday while I worked. My mom is incredible and wished she were here with me all of the time. I love you so very much mom.

My Girls are my Momtourage!
My playgroup are most definitely the most amazing momtourage anyone could ever wish for. No matter what concern I have one of our girls always have the answer! And whenever I see something that makes me laugh the first thing that comes into my mind is how much my girls will giggle too. They are my shoulder to lean on, my support system and most importantly my friends, I've yet to meet such beautiful, witty, intelligent and non-judgemental women in real life! Thank you November 06 Ginger Snaps I love you all (especially you Jess LOL) xxx

A small Momtourage is still a big help!
My mom lives far away but, when we do see each other, she puts in EXTRA effort to give me a HUGE break. It makes me sad I dont have her around all the time, but when she is I am incredibly grateful! Thanks, mom. XO

Thanks Mom!
Thanks for always being there when I needed you, for supporting me when I came to you at 17 after finding out I was pregnant, and for never giving up on me!

You know that saying...It take a village?
Well, we didn't exactly have a village, LOL, but we were fortunate to live in a small town where everyone knew each other. Our neighbors would always jump right in when needed and car pool, watch the kids, organize playdates and sleepovers and we even got together for lots of BBQ's and holidays. We never worried if we were running a little late, or one of the kids forgot their key...we knew one of us was always there to step in and take care of them. My husband, mom and brother were the rest of the team. Without them we would not be complete. I feel that my children would not have grown up to be the wonderful people they are without all the great influences they've had in their lives. They been surrounded by love and support from day one, and always felt safe and protected, yet encouraged to be an individual and indepedenant.

Hubby is my Momtourage!
(Is that allowed? LOL) My husband is my biggest supporter and helper when it comes to getting out of the house and having fun with my girlfriends. He's always the first one to suggest I take a mommy-break, never complains being alone with the kids like other guys I know, and the kids love having Daddy all to themselves. Because of him it allows me to leave the house without feeling guilty (because let's all admit it, even when we know the kids are with dad us moms still feel like we're playing "hooky"!) So thank you honey, for being my Momtourage and for being an awesome dad. =) Also big thanks to my mom for always being available for comfort, advice and sleepovers at Grammy's house, and to my best friend who regularly comes over and entertains the kids while I get things done around the house. I don't know what I'd do without either of you!
