Kathy Kuhn is a registered nurse who has been working with breastfeeding families since 1981. She has been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 1988. Kathy currently works as a nurse-lactation consultant at a large hospital in eastern Pennsylvania. Prior to working in the hospital, she was a private practice lactation consultant and visited breastfeeding families in their homes to provide care, and has been a leader with La Leche League for 20 years (currnetly on reserve).

She and her husband Paul are the proud parents of four sons, Dan, Kevin, Brian and Greg, and they have two awesome daughters-in-law, Sara and Megen. Kathy is also enjoying her first grandson, Brennan, born in March of 2005.
